What is READY HUB?

READY HUB is a unified dealership workflow platform built by Dealer by Design. It streamlines operations across three core areas — inventory management, trade processing, and delivery coordination — giving your team complete visibility and accountability from vehicle acquisition to customer delivery.

Who is READY HUB built for?

READY HUB is built for franchise and independent dealerships of all sizes. It's used across virtually every role and department in the store — from GMs, controllers, and finance managers to service advisors, detailers, internal advisors, receptionists, and sales teams. Over 50 dealerships currently use READY HUB daily.

How do I book a demo?

How does onboarding work?

Onboarding is handled by our dedicated customer operations team. We work with your dealership to configure READY HUB to match your existing workflows, integrate with your data feed, and train your staff. The platform is designed to be intuitive, so teams typically get up and running quickly.

What are the core modules?

READY HUB has three core modules: Inventory (move vehicles from acquisition to frontline up to 40% faster), Trade (streamline appraisals and eliminate trade stalls), and Deliveries (coordinate sold vehicle prep and ensure on-time delivery). All three work together in a single unified platform.

How does the Inventory module work?

The Inventory module follows a structured workflow: Check-in, Service Intake, Parts & Repairs, Detail & Prep, Final Inspection, and Frontline Ready. It pulls vehicle data automatically from your DMS, assigns tasks by vehicle type, tracks progress in real time, and syncs to your website and listing platforms like AutoTrader when vehicles are ready.

How does the Trade module work?

The Trade module covers Initial Appraisal, Disclosure & Compliance, and Deal Finalization. It includes photo documentation, automated condition assessments, market value lookups powered by Carpraze, and automated compliance form generation — helping your team process appraisals up to 85% faster with zero missed disclosures.

How does the Delivery module work?

The Delivery module provides a delivery calendar with complete visibility into upcoming deliveries, task tracking to ensure all prep work is complete, and a customer portal for document sharing and updates. It aligns sales and service teams through centralized communication, helping improve CSI scores and reduce paperwork.

Is there a customer-facing portal?

Yes. READY HUB includes a customer portal where buyers can track their vehicle's delivery progress, upload required documents, complete to-do items, and receive real-time updates — creating a transparent and professional delivery experience.

Integrations

What DMS systems does READY HUB integrate with?

READY HUB integrates with PBS Systems and Keyloop for complete DMS data flow across all modules. We're continually expanding our DMS integration partnerships to serve more dealerships.

What other integrations are available?

READY HUB integrates with QQuote for cross-departmental wheel & accessory pricing, Carpraze for market data and appraisals, KEYper Systems and 1Micro for key management, and General Motors LPO for dealer-added accessories tracking. We also connect with inventory feed platforms including AutoTrader, HomeNet, Cars Commerce, D2C Media, Dealer Inspire, eDealer, and Keyloop. See our full integrations page for details.

Data & Security

Where is my data stored?

All READY HUB data is stored on AWS cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest, TLS transit connections, and strict access controls. Data is isolated on a per-tenant basis with unique keys managed through secure key management. We do not share customer data with third parties unless authorized by the dealership, and we carry $2M in Commercial General Liability coverage including cybersecurity. We are currently preparing for SOC2 certification.

How are security vulnerabilities handled?

Security vulnerabilities are treated as critical hotfixes with immediate engineering response. Our process follows Detection, Investigation, Containment, Remediation, and Reporting. Critical fixes are deployed through our automated deployment pipeline, typically within hours of identification.

Does READY HUB support single sign-on (SSO)?

We are actively integrating industry-leading identity providers for login via Google and Microsoft SSO. This can be extended to support Okta or other SSO providers based on your dealership's requirements. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available.

What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM EST, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM EST.

How do I contact support?

Is there help available inside the app?

Yes. Every READY HUB user has access to a built-in Knowledge Hub — look for the question mark button in the bottom-right corner of the app. It includes AI-powered chat support for instant answers, getting-started video tutorials for each module, step-by-step guides for Delivery, Inventory, and the Customer Portal, and a What's New section where you can see the latest features and improvements. Everything you need is right inside the platform.
