What is READY HUB?
READY HUB is a unified dealership workflow platform built by Dealer by Design. It streamlines operations across three core areas -- inventory management, trade processing, and delivery coordination -- giving your team complete visibility and accountability from vehicle acquisition to customer delivery.
What DMS systems does READY HUB integrate with?
READY HUB integrates with PBS Systems and Keyloop for complete DMS data flow across all modules. We're continually expanding our DMS integration partnerships to serve more dealerships.
Where is my data stored?
All READY HUB data is stored on AWS cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest, TLS transit connections, and strict access controls. Data is isolated on a per-tenant basis with unique keys managed through secure key management. We do not share customer data with third parties unless authorized by the dealership.
What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM EST, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM EST.
